No. 1 – Chattanooga FC (bye)
No. 2 – Michigan Stars FC (bye)

No. 3 Los Angeles Force hosts No. 6 City Union on Oct. 29 at 6:00 p.m. PT at Rio Hondo College
No. 4 ALBION San Diego hosts No. 5 Maryland Bobcats FC Oct. 28 at 6:00 p.m. PT at Canyon Crest Stadium
