DC Hyper is Confirmed for the 2025 Fall Tournament

Bringing Brazilian Flair and DMV Dominance to the Big Stage

April 8th, 2025 — The stage is set, and we’re kicking off the excitement with a powerhouse. We’re proud to announce DC Hyper as a participating club in our Fall Tournament — a club known for blending Brazilian creativity with American grit, and for rising through the DMV ranks with flair and fire.

Founded in 2016, DC Hyper began as a futsal club with a clear and compelling vision: to bring the heart and soul of Brazilian soccer to Washington, D.C. Over the years, that vision has flourished. What started on the futsal courts has grown into one of the DMV’s most respected soccer organizations — built on a foundation of technical excellence, attacking soccer, and a relentless commitment to development.

Under the leadership of President Wilson Matos, Sporting Director Gabriel Ferrari, and Head Coach Sergio Caetano, DC Hyper has transformed into a force to be reckoned with. In 2023 alone, the club captured the DMV Division, DMV Group Stage, and DMV Conference titles in the UPSL — proving their growth, grit, and ambition on every level.

More than just a winning team, DC Hyper is a launching pad for talent. One of their proudest achievements includes the development of Stiven Jimenez, who made the leap to professional soccer with FC Cincinnati in Major League Soccer.

As they join our Fall Tournament, expect DC Hyper to bring their trademark flair, discipline, and hunger for glory. With a history rooted in passion and a future that looks even brighter, this is a team that elevates every match they play.
